Our Leaders

Juan Fernando de Paiva is a gastronomer and professional chef with more than 10 years of experience. Gastronomy and cooking graduate from La Colegiatura; with studies in pastry, bakery and confectionery at Mariano Moreno; a grill continuing education certificate from the Mausi Sebess school in Argentina; a diploma in costs, marketing and social media management from Politécnico Gran Colombiano ; and an advanced molecular cooking course with Molecular Colombia.

His studies and extensive experience, added to his creativity and passion for the culinary world, make Paivachef and his team the ideal organizer for your luxury event.
